Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct.

        哪位有朋友在海外的，帮忙测试下？特别咨询了主机商，说服务器没问题，同IP站点没问题。于是转而咨询新网互联，告知说需要不能访问的截图，以及Ping的截图，最好是实际的美国个人访问时候的截图。再次恳求哪位出手来支援下。谢之。
